Against the background of large-scale production in modern manufacturing, tray packing machines have become key equipment connecting production and logistics, completely solving the pain points of low efficiency in traditional manual tray arrangement and packaging. In terms of intelligent control, it is equipped with a machine vision system that can real-time identify the placement status of products in the tray, automatically correct the packaging position to avoid packaging failures caused by product deviation. At the same time, it integrates a data collection function to record data such as packaging quantity and qualification rate in real time, facilitating enterprises to trace the production process.​

In terms of characteristics and advantages, "high efficiency" and "stability" are particularly prominent. High efficiency is reflected in the equipment's adoption of servo motor drive and synchronous belt transmission, which increases the packaging speed by 40% compared with traditional models and supports 24-hour continuous operation to meet the three-shift production needs of enterprises. Stability is ensured through a dual detection mechanism - infrared sensors detect whether the tray is in place, and pressure sensors control the packaging force, which not only prevents goods from scattering due to loose packaging but also avoids product damage caused by excessive tightness. In addition, the equipment adopts a food-grade stainless steel body and dust-proof design, meeting the hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries and expanding the application scope.​
